Losing Loved Ones, Dealing With Death

Death would come into my life and take the person most important to me - and I couldn't do anything but watch... and cry. I would never again experience the sound of my Mom's laughter... the beauty of her smile... the warmth of her embrace. Life would never be the same...

There is no pain like the pain of losing someone you truly love. Your heart aches... interest in the future dissipates... and life doesn't seem to matter any more...

If this is the place you find yourself - may time and faith conspire to bring you through the darkness and help you to want to see another day.

If not - thank the Lord you have been spared on this day, then locate your loved ones and tell them how important they are to you... while you can...

This page is a compilation of SomethingToShare.com offerings dealing with the debilitating pain of losing someone that you love. It is hoped that in your greatest time of need the offering of a shared experience or inspirational verse might serve as a glimmer of light to build on.

May perspective be yours on this day.
