I Am Mom

I am a woman with two children,

That mean the world to me

I am the one who will be there

For them when all others have forsaken them

I am the one that will hurt when life is not going their way

But, I am always in their corner saying life will be ok

I am the one who will be blamed for all

The ills of their world,

But I say they can make a better way starting with today

I am the one to give the choice to go or to stay,

Just remember that choice may not be the best way

I am the one who will love them when life has them down

I am the one who will love them when no one else is around

This and much more I will give each day of their lives for...

I am Mom!
