Returning Undamaged Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with the quality of merchandise received and wish to return it for a refund, these guidelines should be followed;

1. Retain original packing material with merchandise

2. Send an E-mail notification to us at drose@SomethingToShare.com within two business days of the delivery.  Be sure to indicate your order number, description of problem and date received.  (Optionally, you can include your phone number and hours at which you can be reached.)

3. An acknowledgment response will be sent to you which includes our return address, your return confirmation number and instructions.

4. Utilizing the instructions received, promptly ship the merchandise to our product returns address. (Note, please ensure the merchandise is received in it's original condition within three weeks of the arrival of the acknowledgment response to ensure a timely and complete refund.)

5. Once received and verified a refund (credit card or check) will be processed for the total original payment amount (including the original shipping charge).

 

Returning Damaged Merchandise

If the merchandise is damaged upon arrival please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a timely replacement of the merchandise (or refund if no replacements are available);

1. Retain original packing material and shipping documentation with merchandise

2. Send an E-mail notification to us at drose@SomethingToShare.com within two business days of the delivery.  Be sure to indicate your order number, description of damage to merchandise upon receipt and date received.  (Optionally, you can include your phone number and hours at which you can be reached.)

3. As shipments will be ensured, a claim will be initiated with the carrier based on the reported damage. A subsequent acknowledgment response will be forwarded which includes your return confirmation number and instructions.

4. Typically, the instructions will request the damaged merchandise be promptly shipped to our product returns address. (Note, please ensure the merchandise is received within three weeks of the arrival of the acknowledgment response to ensure a timely and complete refund.)

5. Once received and verified a refund (credit card or check) will be processed for the total original payment amount (including the original shipping charge).
